Adjust Time Zone Automatically keeps changing time zone to Pacific . . .
I am running Windows 11 Pro, Version 22H2 After a recent Windows Update (withiin the last week) this problem started happening: I am located in (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US Canada), however, with Adjust Time Zone Automatically turned on, my computer keeps reverting to (UTC-08:00 Pacific Time (US Canada)

I changed the time zones in both Outlook and Zoom, Zoom doesn't change the computer clock, and Outlook's time-zone gets reset back to pacific just like Windows 10 I ran a sfc scan and there aren't any corrupted files, and my Windows is up to date I do not want to upgrade to Windows 11, even it means it'll fix my time-zone issue
